During the past 20 years, working in different organizational settings in Denmark and in Africa, Nimbus has acquired extensive experience in financial Management of both public and private entities.
Throughout his career, he has enabled financial planning and budgeting of programs, among others, by development and implementation of various Management Information Systems.
Nimbus has strong analytical skills and provides careful analyses and advice on how to achieve the financial targets within organisations.

Tobias Bavnsgaard has since 2008 worked in, and with civil society organizations in areas of interest protection & representation as well as organizational development.
Since 2011 Tobias has primarily been working and living in the global south, where he has been working as advisor and regional manager / head of office on development and solidarity programs and projects.
Tobias strong suit is his ability to assess organizations and contexts in a holistic perspective and to design and manage projects that serves these organizations and communities.
Tobias has strong analytical skills and a well-developed attention to organizational dynamics and politics, particularly in relation to change management and organizational development.
